Based on this, we expect an expert to spend at least twenty hours per deal on due diligence (including answering investors’ questions). An expert may be providing assistance to two or more campaigns simultaneously. Furthermore, as an expert, you shall be paid a fixed fee regardless of the result of the offering. In this way, it will be ensured that your opinion is independent and is not influenced in any way by the result of the offering.
